Your choices
Accept all, Reject non-essential and Cookie settings are available in the banner. Statistics are off by default. Only an explicit opt-in loads Google Analytics; rejection sends no Analytics measurements or consent pings to Google. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Forms and Owner access work without Analytics. Advertising, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity are not used.
Technology inventory

What we measure
After consent, Analytics counts public page visits, approximate countries, traffic channels and successful CV/client submissions. Success events are submit_cv_success and request_talent_success, only after confirmed storage, without candidate identifiers. We do not track preview attempts, validation failures, duplicates or submissions before opt-in. We do not send form contents, contact details, free-text campaign values or URL queries/fragments. Measurements cover consenting visitors only and are not a complete count of every submission.
On opt-in, we clear public URL queries/fragments before loading the Google tag, retaining only allowlisted source/medium codes for attribution.
Providers and withdrawal
The Google tag is requested from googletagmanager.com only after consent and when the actual GA4 stream is configured. Google may process data outside the EEA as explained in our Privacy Policy. No paid Analytics service is required. Withdrawal disables measurement, clears our Analytics cookies and reloads the page to unload the tag; it does not retroactively erase data already lawfully sent. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies to the current page only and you may be asked again. Browser tools can also delete stored preferences/cookies.
